Job Summary:

Al Faiz Builders is looking for a polite, confident, and well-spoken Tele-Sales Marketing Officer to manage incoming and outgoing calls, provide information to clients, and maintain excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about company services and ongoing projects.
  • Maintain call records and client databases.
  • Follow up with potential leads and existing clients.
  • Forward important calls or messages to relevant departments.
  • Assist the sales and marketing team in client coordination.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of Urdu and basic English.
  • Confident, courteous, and attentive on calls.
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience plus Commission.
