Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Marketer located in Karachi. The Tele Marketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively to promote our services. Daily tasks will include answering inquiries, managing customer data, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
  • Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
