With multiple YouTube Automation teams already working in-house, we are now expanding and looking for dedicated talent to join our growing production unit.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Karachi for an experienced YouTube Automation Video Editor. You will be responsible for editing high-retention videos for multiple faceless YouTube channels across niches such as travel, history, finance, mysteries, and storytelling. The role includes daily editing, pacing adjustments, sound design, visual enhancement, and optimization for high audience retention. You will collaborate closely with scriptwriters, thumbnail designers, voiceover artists, and project managers to ensure timely delivery and consistent channel growth.

Your work will directly contribute to channel performance, so understanding YouTube retention psychology and viewer behavior is essential.

Qualifications

Strong experience editing for YouTube Automation channels or high-retention YouTube content

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Understanding of pacing, storytelling structure, hook building, and viewer retention

Ability to match reference styles and niche-specific formats

Experience working with stock footage, sound effects, transitions, captions, and motion graphics

Ability to work with scripts and voiceovers to create smooth, engaging narratives

Strong communication, teamwork, and deadline management skills

Familiarity with YouTube analytics is a plus

Prior experience in YTA (YouTube Automation) is highly preferred

Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory — skillset matters more**
