Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid role for an
Analytics & Dashboard Developer
based in Karachi, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing business intelligence solutions that support cross-functional teams with accurate, high-impact insights. The candidate will work closely with Sales and Customer Delivery teams to interpret data, create dashboards, and deliver analytical solutions that drive key business decisions.

Core responsibilities include writing complex SQL queries, developing Tableau dashboards, analyzing business processes, and ensuring seamless data flow across systems. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot issues, refine reporting structures, and present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analytical and reporting needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards for business reporting and visualization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
  • Modify existing Power Apps or create new applications (preferred).
  • Troubleshoot data and reporting issues while delivering scalable BI solutions.
  • Present technical insights in a clear, structured manner to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirment Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL with experience handling large datasets and complex queries.
  • Advanced hands-on experience in Tableau dashboard development and data storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform (preferred).
  • Basic understanding or exposure to AWS services (a plus).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Python, R, or additional visualization tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of life sciences compliance is an advantage but not mandatory.
