We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and help us make data-driven decisions to achieve our business goals.

Position Overview: As a Data Analyst at Tens Sourcing, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to drive actionable insights that inform our strategic decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making and support our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyse and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain data models and statistical analyses to extract meaningful information.
  • Create and present reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Define data requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Assist in designing and implementing data collection tools and strategies.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Power BI
  • Strong data visualization skills
  • Experience with statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and database management systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
