At ZPayso Pvt. LTD, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting our fintech products, engaging with potential clients, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. Your role will directly support company growth by driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Present and explain ZPayso products and services to potential customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support when needed.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and activity updates to management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.
  • Assist in organizing promotional activities, campaigns, and corporate visits.
  • Ensure proper documentation, onboarding, and follow-up for new client accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Customer Support, Marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, field sales, or customer service (fresh candidates with good communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Basic understanding of fintech, banking, or digital payments is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable with fieldwork and meeting clients in person.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
