
Social Media Manager

We're looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager with proven expertise in running high-performing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is someone who understands not only how to drive traffic, but also how to convert that traffic into qualified leads and sales through strategic funnel building and data-driven campaign optimisation.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, thrives on hitting KPIs, and knows how to design campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert ideal customers.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Develop and manage end-to-end sales and lead generation funnels that include ad strategy, landing pages, automation workflows, and retargeting.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience segments, and funnel steps to continually improve performance.
- Analyse data and generate detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and lead quality.
- Monitor ad spend and maximise ROI through smart budget allocation and optimisation techniques.
- Research market trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to identify new growth opportunities.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking, pixel setups, and audience segmentation for accurate measurement.
Must Haves
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
- Proven track record of running lead generation or e-commerce/sales campaigns with strong conversion metrics.
- Expertise in building marketing funnels.
- Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, etc.)
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimisation, and remarketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to ROI-driven outcomes.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft high-performing ad copy and visuals.
- Familiarity with email marketing automations and CRM integrations is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in other paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Knowledge of organic social media strategy.
- Create compelling ad creatives, copies, and visuals that align with campaign goals.

- Job Timings: On-site evening night shift following US EST
- Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
