Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic, while aligning with our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create and curate engaging content (text, image, and video) that aligns with brand voice and objectives
  • Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely delivery
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and relationships
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and adjust strategies to optimize results
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, PR, Product) to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, budgets, and performance tracking
  • Foster community engagement and manage online reputation
  • Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, or partners for campaign collaborations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs120,000.00 per month
