Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Quality Assurance Officer
. The Quality Assurance Officer will be located in Lahore and will be responsible for ensuring the quality of services via quality control measures, conducting quality audits, and implementing quality management systems. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring processes, analyzing data to identify trends or areas for improvement, and communicating findings to management and team members to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Total Quality Management
