Role Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager
to be based in our Lahore/Karachi office. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for assisting the
Sr. Managing Partner in Dubai
in overseeing end-to-end client and project processes. The Quality Assurance Manager will ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and consistency, while also driving process improvements across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, review, and evaluate client and project workflows to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Support the Sr. Managing Partner in
    auditing project processes, deliverables, and documentation
    .
  • Identify process gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Prepare quality reports and share insights with leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between the Lahore team and Dubai office to ensure alignment on project execution.

Qualifications

  • ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) or equivalent qualification.
  • Up to
    7 years of experience in Audit or Assurance
    within industry or consulting.
  • Strong background in quality management, compliance, or internal audit.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with global teams.
  • Prior experience in consulting or client-facing environments will be an advantage.
