Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Accounts and Finance, located in Lahore. The Manager of Accounts and Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, budgeting, financial planning, and managing audits. The role will also involve coordinating with other departments to ensure financial accuracy, preparing reports for senior management, and implementing financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and financial planning
  • Proficiency in preparing financial statements and managing audits
  • Experience with financial software and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector is beneficial
