Position 1: Head of Accounts & Finance

Reporting To:
Group Head / CEO

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly competent and results-oriented professional to lead the
Finance & Accounts Department
across our
Group of Companies
. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in financial management, import/export handling, accounting operations, and compliance with both local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all Accounts & Finance functions across the Group, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
  • Oversee
    financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting
    , and
    cash flow management
    .
  • Manage
    import/export operations
    , including LC opening/retirement, banking transactions, documentation, and trade compliance.
  • Develop and implement strong
    internal controls, audit systems, and risk management frameworks
    .
  • Ensure timely maintenance of ledgers, reconciliations, and statutory financial statements.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management for business growth and investment decisions.
  • Oversee
    taxation, corporate filings, and statutory compliance
    .
  • Supervise, train, and mentor the accounts and finance teams to ensure performance consistency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    B.Com / BBA, M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    3–5 years
    of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably with import/export exposure.
  • Strong command of
    financial analysis, reporting, and ERP/accounting software
    .
  • Excellent
    leadership, analytical, and communication
    skills.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and accountability are essential.

Positions 2 & 3: Assistant Accounts Officer (2 Positions)

Reporting To:
Head of Accounts & Finance

Position Overview:

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive professionals to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Finance & Accounts Department. The role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring smooth coordination within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist in
    bank reconciliations, expense tracking
    , and
    data entry
    .
  • Support
    month-end and year-end closings
    .
  • Maintain accurate filing of accounting documents and records.
  • Assist in
    import/export documentation
    and
    LC-related financial processes
    .
  • Coordinate with the Head of Finance for reporting and audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    B.Com / BBA (Finance / Accounting) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:
    1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting or ERP software will be an advantage.
