Job Description:

We are seeking a
Staff Software Engineer
with
10+ years of experience
to lead the technical direction of product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software engineering principles, actively contribute to development efforts, and ensure seamless technical coordination across teams.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, review, and implementation of technical strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Contribute hands-on to development while guiding teams on technical best practices and design decisions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure efficient and aligned technical execution.
  • Engage directly with clients to gather technical requirements, provide progress updates, and resolve issues.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Identify risks and propose improvements in architecture, scalability, and overall process efficiency.
  • Support deployment processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive performance optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience
    in software development or similar technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate technical initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on quality and detail.
