Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Upwork Bidder to join our team at our Pakistan-based office. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential project opportunities on Upwork, crafting and submitting professional project proposals, and communicating effectively with clients to secure and onboard new projects. Key tasks include understanding client requirements, presenting tailored service offerings, and maintaining a consistent proposal and bidding process to achieve results. Collaboration with the internal teams to ensure project understanding and successful delivery will also be integral to this role.


What You Are Responsible For

  • Bid daily on relevant projects on Upwork
  • Ability to analyze job posts and craft standout proposals.
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements
  • Coordinate with the internal team for pricing and project scope
  • Maintain daily bidding targets and track performance
  • Follow up with leads and manage client conversations
  • Manage outreach on other platforms when needed (Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.)


Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
  • Proven success in winning projects on Upwork, especially from fresh accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Upwork algorithms, connects strategy, and bidding timing.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, web development, mobile apps, or related domains.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident in communicating with clients and closing deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with proposal frameworks, value pricing, and objection handling.
  • Content samples (winning cover letters, project breakdowns, milestone plans).
