We are hiring an Upwork Bidder with strong expertise in identifying, bidding, and winning projects specifically through Upwork. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of Website Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, and Graphic Design services, and should be able to write customized proposals and communicate effectively with international clients.

The candidate must be confident in proposal writing, client communication, understanding project requirements, and handling calls with clients through Upwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork only.
  • Write customized, clear, and compelling proposals for Web & Mobile Development, UI/UX, and Graphic Design projects.
  • Communicate directly with clients through Upwork messages and calls.
  • Understand project requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Development, Project Management) to ensure accurate scoping and delivery.
  • Maintain and update records of bids, leads, conversions, and communication.
  • Consistently achieve monthly Upwork bidding and conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience working specifically as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
  • Proven ability to win projects in Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, and Graphic Design.
  • Excellent English communication and proposal-writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies, profile optimization, and algorithms.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and align them with company services.
  • Confident in handling client calls and negotiations.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
