About the Role

We are seeking an all-rounder PPC Expert to take full ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing budgets effectively while maximizing ROI. You should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other major ad networks—making you a true 360° PPC specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Write and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for high conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor performance daily and optimize campaigns for clicks, conversions, and cost efficiency.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio to track and report performance.
  • Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with the latest ad platform changes, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the SEO and content teams for integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in conversion tracking, pixel setups, UTM tagging, and retargeting strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with budget management for small to large campaigns.
  • Proficiency in PPC tools such as Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Excellent reporting skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently during night shift hours (Karachi time 6 PM – 3 AM).
