Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize
    3D gameplay mechanics
    in Unity (C#), including UI, animations, particle systems, and effects.
  • Lead the integration and management of
    AdMob & Ads Mediation platforms
    (AppLovin MAX, IronSource, AdMob, etc.).
  • Configure and optimize
    ad placements, monetization strategies, and revenue performance
    .
  • Integrate and manage
    MMPs
    (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) for attribution and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, product) to maximize
    ad revenue and user engagement
    .
  • Integrate SDKs such as
    Firebase, Facebook SDK, and analytics tools
    .
  • Debug, profile, and optimize
    game performance
    for both iOS and Android.
  • Deliver clean, maintainable, and
    production-ready code
    .
  • Contribute to the launch of
    high-quality hyper-casual and casual mobile games
    .

Required Skills & Expertise (Must-Have)


Expert-level Unity 3D skills
(C# scripting, UI/UX, animations, particle systems, physics, optimization).

Proven
Ads Monetization expertise
(AdMob, AppLovin MAX, IronSource).

Solid track record of
MMP integration
(Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.).


2 years of professional Unity development experience
(strict requirement).

Proficiency in
C#, OOP, data structures, and design patterns
.

Hands-on mobile game development for
iOS & Android
.

Experience with
Git / version control
.

Strong debugging, profiling, and optimization skills.

Nice to Have

  • Published or successful mobile game projects.
  • Experience in
    ad revenue optimization and A/B testing
    .
  • Familiarity with
    automated testing, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools
    .
  • Awareness of
    latest gaming trends, monetization models, and player psychology
    .
