PRIME Digital Ventures is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can help us scale our client base by driving high-quality leads through targeted campaigns.

Role Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns, primarily through Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads that convert into clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and optimize for cost efficiency and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional content.
  • Implement A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Track, report, and present lead generation metrics to the management team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new ad features, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in lead generation with measurable results.
  • Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of campaign analytics, conversion tracking, and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other paid ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals to support lead generation efforts.
