We're Hiring | Executive – P&O Digitalization

Location: Islamabad

Salary: PKR 150,000/month

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using , Express, , and/or Angular
  • Build responsive, reusable UI components using and Tailwind CSS
  • Manage SQL databases and write optimized queries
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservice-based architectures
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Ensure smooth deployments on Linux-based environments
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Collaborate with design, QA, and product teams to deliver top-notch results
  • Optimize applications for performance and scalability
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
  • Strong in , , , and/or Angular
  • Expertise in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimization
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in Git, Linux, and shell scripting
  • Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
  • Strong understanding of microservices and API design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
  • Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
  • Understanding of test automation, TDD/BDD

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
  • 2–3 years of experience in the telecom sector
