We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Accounts & Finance Manager
to lead our finance operations. The ideal candidate should have
5–7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and team management, with the ability to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire accounting and finance function of the organization.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation laws, and company policies.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and overall financial health.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to management.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team for optimal performance.

Qualification and skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounts and finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong command of financial principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities.
