Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day transactions, including expenses, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Prepare transaction vouchers and posting of entries in financial & accounting software.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and data.
  • Track bank deposits, collections, disbursements, and payments every day and prepare reconciliation reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Participate in audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Contribute to financial projects, including process improvements and system implementations.
  • Work closely with the senior finance team to implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Support the Finance Manager & CFO with the projects and tasks, as and when required.

Qualification & Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Part-qualified CA/ACCA/ACMA can also be considered.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of financial and accounting principles/standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
