Admin & Operations Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail–oriented Admin & Operations Executive to support daily business operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will manage office administration, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and assist in operational planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and facility requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of operational tasks
- Assist in procurement activities: vendor sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and billing
- Track and manage inventory, logistics, and dispatch operations
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards
- Support process improvements and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist accounts team with invoice processing, petty cash management, and expense reports
- Maintain compliance documentation and support audits when required
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in administration/operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60, Rs90,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
