Description
  • Achieve monthly individual sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain high service standards and monitor performance to ensure top productivity and efficiency across systems and product campaigns.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to audit requirements and internal control parameters.
  • Update all relevant systems accurately following customer interactions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely closure and satisfaction.
  • Handle customer issues promptly and escalate to the Team Lead when necessary.
  • Maintain and manage daily sales MIS across all available systems.
  • Track and report daily and monthly activities using structured trackers.
  • Participate actively in daily team huddles and uphold team commitments.
  • Ensure timely and proper updating of CRM/Assure with customer comments and next steps.
Responsibilities
