We are a growing UK-based e-commerce platform with a back-office operation in Lahore, Pakistan. We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to help improve our online presence, drive organic traffic, and enhance search engine rankings. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in all aspects of SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, content strategy, and the development and execution of SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development & Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance visibility across search engines.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities and create a roadmap for content and optimization.
• Regularly review and adjust SEO strategies based on algorithm updates, performance reports, and market trends.

On-Page Optimization:

• Optimize website content, meta tags, titles, and headers for SEO.
• Perform regular audits of the website to identify SEO issues and provide actionable solutions.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building:

• Manage link-building campaigns and secure backlinks from high-authority sites.
• Execute off-page SEO tactics to boost domain authority and website credibility.

Content Strategy & Optimization:

• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords.
• Suggest improvements to product descriptions, landing pages, and blog content for better search visibility.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track and analyze key SEO metrics such as rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Provide regular reports and insights to measure the impact of SEO strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Technical SEO:

• Optimize site performance through technical SEO practices such as mobile optimization, page speed improvements, and fixing crawl issues.
• Implement schema markup and other technical strategies to improve search engine indexing and visibility.

Stay Updated on SEO Trends:

• Keep up with the latest SEO best practices, industry news, and algorithm changes to continuously improve and adapt the SEO strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a track record of successful SEO campaigns.
• Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Solid understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO, including technical SEO.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Salary: Rs 50,000 – Rs 90,000 per month (Depending upon experience).

• SEO Strategy for multi-region website: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
