Job Title: SEO Specialist (2+ Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to manage and implement effective search engine optimization strategies. The candidate should have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with proven experience in improving organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for targeted keywords.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions for site performance, crawlability, and indexation issues.
  • Build and manage backlink strategies to increase domain authority.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms (Google updates), and tools.
  • Prepare regular SEO performance reports and suggest improvements.
  • Manage Google My Business profile actively

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Proficiency in on-page optimization (meta tags, headings, schema, internal linking, content optimization).
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO (site structure, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization).
  • Experience with link building strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Experience with e-commerce SEO.
  • Familiarity with PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Understanding of content marketing and social media integration.
  • Proven track record in managing SEO campaigns for USA-based profiles.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
