Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Support & Admin Coordinator at Kumon Model Town Lahore. The coordinator will be responsible for supporting students' progress, managing administrative tasks, providing customer service, handling finance-related responsibilities, and ensuring organizational efficiency. The role requires effective communication with parents and students, organizing worksheets, recording progress, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills
  • Basic Finance knowledge
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Prior experience in education or related fields is a plus
  • Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred
