Role and Responsibilities

  1. Designs, codes, and debugs software.
  2. Improves the performance of existing software.
  3. Provides training to other engineers.
  4. Maintains and upgrades existing software.
  5. Recommends new technologies that can help increase productivity.
  6. Supervises and oversees the technical aspects of projects.
  7. Investigates software-related complaints and makes necessary adjustments to ensure optimal software performance.
  8. Regularly attends team meetings to discuss projects, brainstorm ideas, and puts forward solutions to any issues.

Qualifications Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of experience.

Strong analytical skills.

Good communication skills.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Proven experience in high-level programming languages, like Java.

Proven experience in software development methodologies.

Proven experience building complex web systems.

The ability to multi-task.
