Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lecturer in Software Engineering at Ibadat International University, located in Islamabad. The Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, conducting research, developing and grading assessments, mentoring students, and participating in departmental meetings. The Lecturer will also be involved in curriculum design and staying updated with the latest developments in the field of software engineering.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and practices
  • Experience with programming languages and software development tools
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Effective teaching and mentoring skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work as part of a team
  • MS/MPhil in Software Engineering, Computer Sciences or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior teaching experience at the university level (preferred)
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and education
