Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with strong expertise in medical equipment sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing tender submissions, and building long-term relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Prepare and manage tender documents, quotations, and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical equipment sales and tender business.
- Strong knowledge of hospital procurement processes and government tenders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.
