We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of proven experience in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up system to nurture prospects and close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products/services.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales.
  • Strong ability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
