Job Title: Data Analyst D&T Team

Location: Karachi Head Office

Role Purpose

To support the Digital & Technology (D&T) agenda by delivering actionable insights through data analytics, enabling smarter decision-making across Customer Development, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions. The role will focus on enhancing data visibility, automating reporting, and supporting Data Analytics platform and initiatives across Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for secondary and primary sales, supply chain KPIs, and customer operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into data models, and deliver insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Govern data pipelines and tools like Databricks, Azure, and SQL-based warehouses.
  • Troubleshoot data issues, validate data accuracy, and ensure timely refreshes of key reports.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support for data analytics

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in FMCG or retail environments.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and familiarity with Databricks and Azure environments.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and KPI frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Experience and exposure to tools and platform like Python, SQL, DAX, MS Azure, PowerBI.
