We're looking for a creative
Marketing Manager

with a strong background in
content marketing and inbound automation

. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, brand positioning, and creating value-driven content that attracts, engages, and converts target audiences. You'll lead our content strategy across multiple digital platforms — from blogs and social media to email and thought leadership campaigns — ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a
    comprehensive content marketing strategy

to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Plan, create, and distribute
high-quality, SEO-optimized content

across blogs, social media, newsletters, and other owned channels.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure content supports brand goals and aligns with the customer journey.
- Manage the company's
content calendar

, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and frequency.
- Oversee and optimize
email marketing

lead nurturing campaigns

to convert prospects into qualified leads.
- Use analytics tools to
track content performance

- Supervise and mentor the content and marketing teams, ensuring quality output and creative alignment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience

in content marketing, inbound marketing, or brand marketing.
- Proven experience in
developing and executing content-driven campaigns

that build engagement and generate leads.
- Strong understanding of
SEO principles, keyword strategy, and content optimization

.
- Proficiency in
Google Analytics, Search Console, and content performance tools

.
- Hands-on experience with
email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM platforms

.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to balance
strategy and execution

, managing multiple content streams simultaneously.
- Experience managing a marketing team and budget effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Preferred Skills:
