SEO/SEM, AI SEO, ASO Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven SEO/SEM, AI SEO, and ASO Specialist
with proven experience in
lead generation
and
digital performance marketing
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, improving search rankings, optimizing app store visibility, and leveraging AI tools for automation and intelligent keyword targeting. This role is crucial in scaling our online presence and generating qualified leads across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO & AI-Driven SEO

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility across search engines.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper, RankIQ, etc.) to optimize content, keyword clusters, and backlink strategies.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor and report SEO performance metrics (CTR, impressions, keyword ranking, domain authority).
• Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, schema, internal linking, page speed, UX).
• Manage off-page strategies including link building and guest posting.

2. SEM / Paid Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and lead conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve campaign outcomes.

3. ASO (App Store Optimization)

• Improve app visibility and conversion rate in Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Perform keyword research and competitive benchmarking for app titles, descriptions, and metadata.
• Work with creative and product teams to enhance visuals (screenshots, videos, icons) for better engagement.
• Analyze app performance metrics (downloads, retention, conversion rates).

4. Lead Generation

• Develop and execute B2B/B2C lead generation strategies using organic and paid channels.
• Implement AI tools for intent-based lead scoring, segmentation, and automated nurturing.
• Create and optimize landing pages and funnels to improve lead conversion rates.
• Track leads through CRM and ensure quality pipeline generation for sales teams.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Set up and manage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, App Annie, etc.).
• Generate regular reports and insights on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, and digital lead generation.
• Proven experience with ASO and app marketing.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven SEO tools and automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in keyword research, copywriting, and content optimization.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points):

• Experience using AI/ML-based marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot AI, , Surfer AI, RankIQ).
• Familiarity with Python, Google Sheets automation, or APIs for SEO data extraction.
• Knowledge of A/B testing platforms and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or app-based businesses.
