Job Title: Social Media Intern

Department: Marketing / Creative

Location: Bahria Orchard, Lahore (On-site)

Reports To: Social Media Strategist / Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. This internship provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and content strategy for innovative tech and AI-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management

  • Assist in managing company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X).
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor daily posts and updates.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Support in planning and executing monthly social media calendars.

2. Content Creation

  • Draft engaging captions, post descriptions, and taglines aligned with brand voice.
  • Assist in writing short-form content for posts, stories, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visuals, graphics, and short videos.
  • Research trending topics and create content ideas relevant to the target audience.

3. Research & Analytics

  • Conduct competitor analysis and research emerging social media trends.
  • Track engagement metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Suggest ideas for improvement based on performance data and audience feedback.

4. Campaign Support

  • Assist in executing online campaigns, giveaways, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaign goals are met.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance engagement and follower growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X).
  • Basic understanding of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Photoshop).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
