Role Overview

We're looking for a
Digital Marketing Manager
who can take full ownership of our online presence and growth. You'll plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads, build trust, and position Visabits as the most reliable name in visa consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a complete
    digital marketing strategy
    for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Run and optimize
    paid campaigns
    (Meta, Google, TikTok, and others) with strong focus on ROI.
  • Manage
    social media content
    , engagement, and community growth for UK-based Pakistani audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track metrics, and report actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-quality creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Conduct
    competitor analysis
    and continuously improve our marketing funnel.
  • Experiment with
    email automation, remarketing, and influencer partnerships
    .

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in
    performance or digital marketing
    (preferably in service-based or lead-gen businesses).
  • Proven record of
    driving conversions
    through Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience managing freelancers or a small team.
  • Excellent communication and campaign planning skills.
  • Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience marketing
    visa consultancy, immigration, or education abroad services
    .
  • Familiarity with UK Pakistani community audiences and their digital behavior.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Manychat, n8n, HubSpot).
