Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns that drive lead generation and brand visibility. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and highly organized, with hands-on experience in managing paid ads, SEO, and automation tools—available to work during U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Email).
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to boost visibility and conversions.
  • Create engaging content and social media strategies for global audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics via Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with remote teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3 years plus experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work remotely during
    U.S. business hours
    .

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Creative and strategic approach to campaign management.

    Salary range for this position is 80,000 to 100,000 Pkr
