We're looking for a
Construction Project Development Manager
to identify, secure, and manage
domestic, commercial, and industrial projects
across Pakistan.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify & pursue new construction opportunities.
  • Manage client relations and ensure smooth execution.
  • Lead tendering, BOQs, and project negotiations.

Requirements:

BSc/B.Tech Civil or Construction Management

3–5 years experience in BD or site management

Strong industry network
