Job Description – Graphic Designer/Video Editor (Male)

Location: Fourem enterprises and builder Pvt Ltd. Office No. 02, 1st Floor, Zaki Center, I-8, Islamabad

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in real estate graphic designing. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, innovative, and capable of producing high-quality designs for marketing materials, social media campaigns, and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, digital ads, and property presentations.
  • Develop creative concepts for branding and promotional campaigns in the Real Estate Sector.
  • Create high-quality renders, property layouts, and visual content to support sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand design requirements.
  • Meet deadlines while delivering visually appealing and professional designs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Real estate graphic designing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Must have own laptop and a good mobile phone.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Age must be between 20 to 30 years
