About the Role:

We are hiring an energetic and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales Specialist & Customer Support Executive. The main focus of this role is to manage orders through our CRM system, confirm and book orders, and handle customer queries via WhatsApp and other chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer orders on CRM system.
  • Confirm and book orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle sales inquiries and process orders received via WhatsApp and other chat platforms.
  • Provide excellent customer support to ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain order records and prepare basic sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce sales or customer support (preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and online chat platforms is a plus.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
