Job Title: Marketing Manager – Commercial Explosives Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in mining-related marketing and sales. The role requires a strategic leader who can drive business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance market penetration in the highly specialized commercial explosives industry. The ideal candidate will lead marketing initiatives, align sales and marketing strategies, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase market share.
  • Lead and align sales and marketing functions to achieve business growth targets.
  • Design and oversee marketing campaigns tailored to the commercial explosives and mining sector.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and local penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and growth initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of performance and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or MBA (Marketing preferred).
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in mining-related marketing and sales within manufacturing or mining project execution.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of managerial-level experience.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of mining and explosives industry dynamics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and campaign management.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
