Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Karāchi. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs and requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, coordinating with internal teams, handling client queries, and providing regular reports on project status. The Account Manager will also be expected to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions and services.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Effective Communication skills
- Project Management, Coordination with Internal Teams, and Reporting skills
- Experience in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Knowledge of technology solutions, especially in custom application development, information security, and cybersecurity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the technology solutions industry is a plus
