We're Hiring: Creative Lead – Digital Marketing

Location: Gujranwala | 4+ Years' Experience Required

About Us:

We're a growing digital marketing agency in Gujranwala that thrives on innovation, strategy, and storytelling. From concept to execution, we partner with bold brands to craft meaningful campaigns that resonate. As we grow, we're looking for a seasoned Creative Lead to drive high-level ideas, lead teams, and elevate the creative vision across platforms.

What You'll Do:

· Lead and inspire creative teams across design, content, and strategy.

· Translate brand objectives into compelling concepts and campaigns.

· Oversee the creative process from ideation through production.

· Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and digital teams to ensure alignment and impact.

· Maintain high creative standards while managing timelines and deliverables.

· Present and defend work to internal stakeholders and clients.

What We're Looking For:

· 4+ years in a senior creative role (agency or in-house).

· Proven portfolio of multi-platform campaigns and brand work.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Deep understanding of design, storytelling, and user experience.

· Ability to balance creative vision with strategic thinking.

· Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs150,000.00 per month
