Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) focused on lead generation.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Align campaign objectives with business development goals to drive measurable growth and revenue.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI through data-driven insights and A/B testing.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing, and content planning to support overall campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to refine targeting and improve lead conversion.
  • Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Meta ads and lead generation.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, marketing funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing or working with a business development team.
  • Certification in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
