  • Provide HRIS-related support and resolve employee or HR queries efficiently.
  • Train HR staff and employees on new modules and features.
  • Coordinate with MIS and HR teams for system improvements and project implementations.
  • Document functional requirements and track progress to ensure timely delivery.

Job specification:

Qualification: BBA / BSCS / BS(IT) / Master's in HR or a related field.

Experience: 2–3 years in HRIS management or related systems.

Skills:

Strong technical understanding of HRIS and HR processes.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to train and support employees effectively.

Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Team player with a focus on process improvement.
