This position provides support to Area Sales Manager Consumer IB for achieving the overall targets for the consumer credit portfolio for the allocated region through timely and structured credit solutions for current and prospective clients. Achieves individual revenue goals by striving to develop new key and premium clients through referrals and calling efforts. Manages a portfolio of assigned product relationships. Builds client relationships and grows revenue through cross selling Bank's other products & services under umbrella of Islamic Shari'a.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Provide support to ASM Consumer IB in portfolio growth by marketing and initiating new relationships. Responsible for identifying and developing client relationships that allow for the sustainable growth and expansion of the consumer finance business. Develops, generates, and follows-up in new client leads through referrals, and calls on existing clients to review portfolios and makes recommendations as needed and closing sales in addition to careful and proactive high level account/relationship management and extension.

Prioritize and resolve any customer / staff complaints as they arise. Identify recurring issues and develop / recommend processes to prevent issues arising. Monitor operational performance against performance standards to ensure that customers are not having any poor experience.

Ensure to process all clients' requests in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure that all parameters for consumer risk evaluation are met and complied to / mitigated for. Seek approvals for exceptions to policy requests, taking action on identified high-risk accounts.

Ensure continuous monitoring and review of accounts and reports to avoid additions to watch lists / Non-performing / Classified loans through regular review of MIS and related reports.

Coordinate with the all concerned offices including CAD Offices to review accounts for adequacy of documentation and/or deficiencies. Ensure early dissemination of pending formalities with continuous follow up with client till perfection of security support.

Achievement of acceptable Internal / External Audit Rating by taking due diligence and follow the procedures as per Regulations defined by SBP and bank's internal policy. Rectify objections in order to comply with the policy guidelines.

Job Specification:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Minimum Bachelors / preferably Masters in Islamic Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce or equivalent, by HEC recognized institute or reputed foreign institute.

Adeptness in Strategic and operational management.

Knowledge of consumer finance SOP's and SBP PR's

Aware of regulatory and bank policies.

Knowledge of Ikhlas Islamic consumer banking products.

Good analytical Skills.

Good decision making

Proactive approach to handle daily issues and situations.

Proficient in MS Excel & MS Office
