Job Description:

Position: Operations Manager / Project Manager – CMMA

Location: Lahore DHA Phase 6

Time: 6 PM to 3 AM

Primary Role:

The Operations/Project Manager will provide backend administrative, operational, accounting, and financial support to CMMA leadership in the U.S., and assist in overall organizational logistics. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Central Coordination – Act as the main point of contact for all CMMA-related coordination from Pakistan.
  • Membership Management – Maintain membership records, manage renewals, and track membership data (via email, WhatsApp, or phone).
  • Membership Dues – Track payments, send reminders (via WhatsApp/SMS), and update payment records.
  • Event Support – Coordinate logistics for virtual or in-person events, including RSVPs, follow-ups, and scheduling.
  • Board Support – Assist CMMA board with documentation, reports, internal communications, and follow-up tasks.
  • Member Communication – Respond to member inquiries and route questions to the appropriate U.S. contact.
  • Updates & Reporting – Prepare regular progress reports and updates for CMMA leadership.
  • Accounting & Finance – Maintain financial records, assist with basic bookkeeping, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial summaries for leadership.
  • Vendor Coordination – Work with vendors for payments, invoicing, and service agreements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Accounting, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or administration.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with accounting tools or spreadsheets for financial tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience working with membership-based organizations is a plus. Relevant certifications in operations, project management, or accounting/finance will be considered an advantage.
