Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern/Junior–IT Support, located in Karachi. The Intern/Junior IT Support will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining computer systems, and providing technical assistance to employees. They will also help in managing network and server systems as well as ensuring data security and backups.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Experience with setting up and maintaining computer systems
  • Familiarity with network and server management
  • Understanding of data security and backup protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in IT or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
