We are seeking a passionate IT Support Executive (Male/Female) to join our team If you're good with computers and networking, Love diagnosing issues and solving problems, possess good communication skills, and can engage with clients, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Technical Assistance:

Support clients and internal teams in troubleshooting issues related to NAS/SAN storage systems, network connectivity, and user access.

  • System Configuration & Maintenance:

Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining NAS/SAN devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

  • Monitoring & Reporting:

Regularly monitor system health, backup status, and network performance; escalate critical alerts to senior engineers when required.

  • Customer Support & Documentation:

Respond to customer queries via email or phone, maintain support logs, and document solutions for future reference.

  • Inventory & Deployment Support:

Help in preparing devices for deployment, performing firmware updates, and maintaining an updated inventory of IT assets and storage equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant training or certification, such as
    CCNA
    ,
    CompTIA A+
    ,
    Network+
    , or
    Synology/QNAP training,
    is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of
    networking concepts
    (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
  • Familiarity with
    NAS/SAN systems
    , RAID configurations, and storage protocols (iSCSI, NFS, SMB).
  • Knowledge of
    Windows and Linux operating systems
    for user and file management.
  • Ability to perform basic
    hardware diagnostics
    , installations, and firmware updates.
  • Understanding of
    backup, replication, and data security principles
    .
