We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor to join our team and play a key role in our content production pipeline.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced YouTube Video Editor to transform raw footage into compelling, polished, and engaging videos. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, a keen eye for detail, and expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut. You will be responsible for the entire post-production process, ensuring the final product aligns with our channel's style and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit long-form YouTube videos (e.g., explainers, vlogs, interviews) and short-form content (YouTube Shorts, social media clips) to a high standard.
  • Seamlessly assemble raw footage, sync audio, and create a coherent and engaging narrative flow.
  • Design and incorporate dynamic motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and transitions using After Effects.
  • Create basic vector assets and manipulate existing graphics using Illustrator for use in videos.
  • Color correct and color grade footage to achieve a consistent and professional look.
  • Mix, edit, and master audio levels for clarity and impact (voice, music, SFX).
  • Optimize videos for YouTube, including adding end screens, cards, and thumbnails (in collaboration with the design team).
  • Collaborate closely with the content and strategy team to understand project vision and objectives.
  • Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience editing for a YouTube channel or digital media company.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (non-negotiable).
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for creating and editing graphics.
  • Proficiency in CapCut for quick-turnaround short-form content.
  • A strong portfolio/showreel that demonstrates a wide range of editing skills, pacing, and creativity.
  • A solid understanding of what makes engaging video content for the YouTube platform.
  • Excellent attention to detail, storytelling skills, and a good sense of timing and rhythm.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes efficiently.

What We Offer

    PKR 50,000 to PKR 90,000
