Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager with Graphic Design expertise to lead our marketing efforts and enhance our brand identity. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in marketing strategy, campaign execution, digital marketing, and hands-on graphic design skills to create engaging visuals that align with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company services and products.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
  • Design and create engaging graphics, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Design brochures, flyers, and other print materials for events and client meetings.
  • Manage social media presence and grow community engagement.
  • Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing and design trends.
  • Experiment with new creative formats (short videos, AR/VR experiences, gamification).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, with proven experience in strategy and execution.
  • Strong expertise in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email campaigns).
  • Strong knowledge of branding, market research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong background in content marketing and storytelling for technology products.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with video editing or motion graphics tools.
  • Experience with content writing or copywriting.
